KR Series uncooled infrared thermal imaging modules offer three resolution options — 256×192, 384×288, and 640×512 — built on high-frame-rate 12 µm WLP-packaged VOx detectors and high-performance ISP chips. Designed to meet strict SWaP requirements, the series delivers high performance in an ultra-compact, lightweight, and low-power package.
A key advantage is the shutterless algorithm that enables smooth, continuous imaging. Combined with advanced thermal image processing algorithms, the modules produce clear and detailed imagery. Multiple digital interfaces (DVP, BT.656, USB 2.0, MIPI) allow flexible integration.
In addition to high-quality thermal imaging, the KR Series can support temperature measurement applications through software algorithms and proper blackbody calibration, making it suitable for basic radiometric needs in industrial inspection, electrical equipment monitoring, and portable thermal devices.
With module size as small as 21×21×10.3 mm, weight under 7–8.6 g, and power consumption as low as <0.35 W, the KR Series is ideal for handheld devices, wearable systems, compact UAVs, and any space-constrained application that requires both clear imaging and optional temperature measurement capability.
