KB Series

KB Series uncooled infrared thermal imaging modules deliver high-performance thermal imaging in an ultra-compact, lightweight, and low-power package, fully meeting SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power/Price) requirements. Available in 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions with advanced 12 µm VOx detectors, these modules combine high sensitivity (NETD ≤40 mK), refined image processing algorithms, and excellent expandability.

 

They produce clear, detailed thermal imagery with continuous digital zoom (1–8×), multiple polarity/pseudo-color options, image mirroring, and shutter-based NUC. Flexible interfaces (CVBS/AHD analog plus BT.601/BT.656, USB 2.0, Camera Link, SDI digital) and UART control allow seamless integration into intelligent platforms. Typical power consumption is under 0.42 W (KB3) / 0.7 W (KB6) via USB, with a module size of just 21 × 21 × 26.2 mm and weight below 10–15 g (excluding lens).

 

Ideal for UAV EO/IR gimbals, security surveillance, outdoor thermal systems, night-vision equipment, industrial inspection, and custom secondary development. KE Series

KE Series uncooled infrared thermal imaging modules are professional IP-ready thermal cores available in three resolutions: 384×288, 640×512, and 1280×1024. Built on high-refresh-rate 12 µm VOx detectors and the latest thermal image processing algorithms, they deliver clear, smooth, and detailed imagery while maintaining compact size, light weight, low power consumption, and excellent cost-effectiveness.

Equipped with an integrated SOC processing chip, the KE Series natively supports network protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, and RTSP. It enables direct control of lenses and PTZ mechanisms, and features an RJ45 interface, making it ideally suited for IPC (IP Camera) applications. Additional capabilities include video recording, snapshot, PTZ linkage, alarm output, ONVIF / GB/T 28181 compliance, and multi-language web browser access.

With typical power consumption ≤2.5 W, a compact form factor (≤38×38×51 mm excluding lens), and wide operating temperature range, the KE Series is the perfect choice for network thermal cameras, smart city surveillance, industrial monitoring, perimeter security, and any system requiring ready-to-use IP thermal imaging.

KH Series Uncooled thermal imaging module

KH Series

KH Series uncooled infrared thermal imaging module is built on a high-resolution 1280×1024 VOx detector, delivering superior image quality, high frame rates, and long-range detection capability. Designed for demanding professional applications, it combines excellent imaging performance with reliable stability in complex environments.

Featuring advanced image processing (brightness/contrast, DDE, de-noise, etc.), multiple polarity/palette options, and digital zoom up to 4×, the KH Series provides clear and detailed thermal imagery. It supports a wide range of video interfaces including AHD, BT.1120, LVDS, SDI, Camera Link, and USB 3.0, along with flexible communication options (RS422 standard, RS232/TTL optional).

With a compact 44×44×39 mm form factor (excluding lens), weight under 120 g, typical power consumption ≤3.5 W, and shutterless correction capability, the module is ideal for high-definition thermal systems requiring long detection range, such as UAV payloads, long-range surveillance, border security, industrial inspection, and advanced electro-optical platforms.

KR Series

KR Series uncooled infrared thermal imaging modules offer three resolution options 256×192, 384×288, and 640×512 built on high-frame-rate 12 µm WLP-packaged VOx detectors and high-performance ISP chips. Designed to meet strict SWaP requirements, the series delivers high performance in an ultra-compact, lightweight, and low-power package.

A key advantage is the shutterless algorithm that enables smooth, continuous imaging. Combined with advanced thermal image processing algorithms, the modules produce clear and detailed imagery. Multiple digital interfaces (DVP, BT.656, USB 2.0, MIPI) allow flexible integration.

In addition to high-quality thermal imaging, the KR Series can support temperature measurement applications through software algorithms and proper blackbody calibration, making it suitable for basic radiometric needs in industrial inspection, electrical equipment monitoring, and portable thermal devices.

With module size as small as 21×21×10.3 mm, weight under 7–8.6 g, and power consumption as low as <0.35 W, the KR Series is ideal for handheld devices, wearable systems, compact UAVs, and any space-constrained application that requires both clear imaging and optional temperature measurement capability.

KS Series Uncooled Thermal Imaging Module(Excludes the lens)

Combining lightweight design, multiple interfaces, and strong secondary-development capability, these modules can operate independently or be seamlessly integrated into customer systems for both indoor and outdoor monitoring.

Available in 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions (12 μm / 17 μm pixel pitch) with high-sensitivity VOx or α-Si detectors, the KS Series delivers NETD ≤40 mK performance at 50 Hz. It supports rich analog (CCIR/PAL) and optional digital outputs (SDI, Camera Link, LVDS, BT.601/BT.656/BT.1120, USB), along with advanced functions including focusing, zooming, auto-focus, crosshairs, hotspot tracking, alarm output, image settings, and sunburn-proof protection.

With a compact 28 × 28 × 30.5 mm form factor (excluding lens), typical power consumption of only 1–1.2 W, and wide voltage range (5–28 VDC), the modules are ideal for fixed surveillance cameras, perimeter security, critical infrastructure monitoring, and customized thermal systems. Robust environmental performance (−40 °C to +80 °C, high vibration/shock resistance) ensures reliable operation in demanding outdoor conditions.

KA Series

KA Series uncooled thermal imaging module is a lightweight, high-performance solution specially designed for city safety and family surveillance applications. With multiple interfaces, optional secondary-development features, and flexible integration capability, the module can be used independently or seamlessly integrated into customer systems for a wide range of indoor and outdoor monitoring scenarios.

Available in 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions (@12 μm) with high-sensitivity VOx detectors, the KA Series delivers NETD ≤40 mK performance at 50 Hz. It supports CVBS video output, crosshairs, hotspot tracking, image settings, and optional alarm output. The compact 28×28×27 mm form factor (excluding lens), 35 g weight, power consumption ≤1.2 W, and wide 5–28 VDC supply make it easy to install and highly suitable for fixed or portable surveillance systems.

KT Series

KT Series uncooled thermal imaging core module is a compact, high-performance solution specifically designed for applications that demand a small form factor. Incorporating the latest generation of uncooled IR detectors and advanced image processing algorithms, it delivers reliable thermal imaging with a wide selection of interfaces.
