  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, conducted in English or Chinese, as agreed.
